PIECES FOR SOLO PIANO page 2

These original tunes in various styles. They can be played at home or on gigs or used for teaching purposes. Most are purely piano pieces, but some of them I have orchestrated.
All this music is free...but a donation to a charity would be appreciated instead. I am now 77 and have retired from playing. I was getting rather bored with nothing to do, so I thought I would do a bit more writing, even though the soundfiles have to be played by my music notation software. Apologies for that.

Putin's Poodles download

I thought of this as a sort of cartoon, portraying the yes-men and women who agree to everything Putin says - the party, the parliament, the propagandists, the mass media, the police force, local authorities, teachers, this list is endless. No moral fibre to any of them and no opposition to him. Mind you, in the UK and USA, it is not so different as the majority of politicians tow the party line and endorse things which they disagree with,eg. the Iraq war. An orchestral version of this can be heard below>

Gaza download

I tried to depict the bleakness of the situation in Gaza without water, food or electricity supplies. The orchestral version of it is below. Sounds better with headphones on.
